Browsers support for HTML5 and CSS3 and their compatability with different features

There are many exciting new features that HTML5 and CSS3 are bringing that web developers can use to create amazing pure HTML apps without the need of plug-ins or heavy images. But as usual there is always this issue of different browsers have different levels of support.

So before you or your development team jump on implementing this features in your applications, as a decision maker it is good to know what browsers support what features of new HTML5 and CSS5.

Now that you know that some browsers like IE 7 does not support some of the basic new features like Forms and CSS3 Transformations. How will you deal with those browsers while supporting some of the new features on others browsers support.
